The distributor's summary gives a common wait of 3 to 6 weeks. That is its number, and it is not audited. A separate information site run by the seller suggests giving the formula 180 to 210 days. The two figures do not match, and a reader should hold both loosely.

No timeline is printed on the bottle. The label asks for one capsule a day and says nothing about when to expect anything.

How long did the research behind the ingredients run?

Duration is the part of a study that carries over most honestly to your own calendar. Here are six pieces of work this site quotes, and how long each one ran before it measured anything.

Two things stand out. Nothing here is fast: the quickest change took seven days, and it was a blood marker, not a symptom. And the one study that measured urinary symptoms ran sixteen weeks, which is 112 days.

That last study gave 40 men either of two products and had no placebo group. Its arginine arm took 460 mg of arginine with 40 mg of Pycnogenol, and ProstaFlow has no Pycnogenol. So it is a signal worth knowing about, not proof for this capsule.

What does a week-by-week look like?

• Days 1 to 7: build the habit. Take your baseline first, then leave it alone. Nothing here acts inside seven days at these amounts, so a week-one verdict is a verdict about the weather.
• Weeks 2 to 4: keep the rest of the day steady. Coffee, alcohol, evening drinks and bedtime all move the same symptoms. Change one thing at a time.

Why is your own result so hard to read?

Not published. This site shows no before-and-after photos and no named clinical results, and it will not invent any. Symptoms of this kind cannot be photographed anyway.

The distributor's review roster holds eight entries, filed between day 18 and day 52. Its most common comment is about a daily habit that stuck, and a second one says the buyer wanted more in week one. Those are the seller's own figures, not verified transcripts.
